The last time the railway freight price was adjusted to May 20 last year. The Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Railways adjusted the railway freight price. The average freight rate of goods increased by 1 cent per ton-km, that is, from 10.51 cents per ton-km to 10.61 cents. Reached 9.5%.
 
But in the last railway freight rate adjustment, the current freight rates of Daqin, Fengsha Da, Jingyuan and Jingqin Line 4 coal have not changed. As of press time yesterday, the Daqin Railway (601006) has not yet released an announcement regarding price adjustment information.
 
According to the data released by the Ministry of Railways, the total volume of freight transported by railways in 2012 was 39.438 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 0.7%. Since the main commodities for railway transportation are grain and coal, the increase in railway freight prices will increase the transportation cost of commodities.
 
The price increase is mainly targeted at the national railway. Lines within the scope of the National Railway include the Uxi-Alashankou section of the Lanxin line, the South Xinjiang line, the Hongling line, and the Golmud-Lhasa section of the Qinghai-Tibet line. The four coal transportation lines of Daqin, Fengsha Da, Jingyuan and Jingqin are not included, and the freight rates remain unchanged.

This time, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Railways jointly issued a notice announcing that the nationwide railways will implement a unified freight tariff adjustment for freight lines, and the average ton / km will be increased by 1 cent. This is five times the increase in railway freight rates in April last year, and is more than the sum of freight rate adjustments in the past three years.
 
In the announcement on the 19th, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway pointed out that the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Railways will adjust the railway freight prices in the near future, and the specific adjustment plan is still under study. According to the company's 2011 annual report information, in 2011 the Daqin railway freight business revenue was 1.387 billion yuan, accounting for 9.44% of the total revenue, and passenger transportation revenue was 8.027 billion yuan, accounting for 54.64% of the total revenue. It is not yet possible to judge the impact of the adjustment on the company's performance.
