Information
I. Packing operation of roller goods
Rolled goods such as rolled paper, rolled steel, steel wire ropes, cables, disk units, roller goods such as plastic film, asphalt paper, and steel bottles, as well as tires and tile tubes, are all rolling goods. When rolling cargo packing, we must pay attention to eliminate its rolling characteristics, so as to achieve effective and reasonable loading.
1. Loading and securing operations for rolled paper goods. Rolled paper goods should be installed vertically in principle, and the cross-sections at both ends of the rolled paper should not be stained. As long as several rolls of paper near the door of the box and several rolls of paper inside are bundled with steel tape, and the gap at the door of the box is filled with filler, the goods can be fixed.
2. Loading and fixing of disk units. The disk element is a heavy cargo that can only be loaded mechanically, and generally only one layer can be loaded on the bottom of the box. It is best to use a chevron plate element rack. Large disk units can also be fixed at the bottom of the container with straight plates, clamps, and the like.
3. Loading and securing of cables. The cable is transported around the cable reel, and the local strength of the bottom of the box should also be paid attention to when loading the cable reel. Large cable reels can only be installed in the container in one layer, and brackets are generally used to prevent rolling.
4. Loading and fixing of coils. Although coil steel is also a concentrated load, hot rolled coil steel is generally lighter than cables. When loading coils, be sure to keep the goods close to each other and place them in the center of the container. For coils weighing about 3 tons, in addition to tightening the coils with a steel wire rope or steel band through the inner ring of the box, the steel coils should also be connected with steel wire ropes or strips; for coils weighing about 5 tons , Should also be fixed with square wooden bars. Wire ropes are usually used for fixing instead of steel belts, because steel belts are easily broken.
5. Loading and fixing of steel cylinders. Small tires for general trucks can be installed vertically or horizontally. It is relatively stable when installed horizontally and does not require special fixing. Large tires are usually installed vertically, and the loading method should be studied according to the tire diameter and thickness and fixed.
Packing operations for barrel loading
Barrel loading generally includes a variety of oil, liquid and powder chemicals, alcohol, syrup, etc. Its packaging forms are iron barrels, wooden barrels, plastic barrels, plywood barrels and cardboard barrels. Except for the traditional drum-shaped wooden barrel with the barrel mouth at the waist, the barrels are stacked in the container with the barrel mouth upright. Because the barrel is cylindrical, the methods of stacking and strengthening in the box are determined by a specific size to make it compatible with the box size.
1. Loading and securing operations of iron drums. Iron drums of 0.25 cubic meters (55 gallons) are most common in container transportation. This iron drum can be stacked in two layers in a container, and each 20-foot container can generally hold 80 barrels. It is required to be close to the barrel when loading. For iron barrels with convex elements on the barrel, in order to stagger the flanges between the barrel and the barrel, every other line must be a padding plate. Padded boards are used instead of plywood in this row, so that the upper buckets are stably loaded.
2. Loading and securing of wooden barrels. Wooden barrels are generally drum-shaped and have iron hoops at both ends. Because they are easy to remove the lid when installed vertically, horizontal loading is required in principle. When installed horizontally, wedge wooden wedges at both ends of the wooden barrel. The height of the wooden wedge should be such that the center of the barrel can leave the bottom of the box without stressing the waist of the barrel.
3. Loading and securing operations of cardboard drums. The loading method of the cardboard drum is similar to that of the iron drum, but its strength is weak, so care should be taken not to cause it to overturn and cause damage when packing. When loading, it must be installed vertically. The number of layers to be loaded depends on the strength of the barrel, and sometimes there are certain restrictions. Plywood must be inserted between the upper and lower layers to make the load disperse.
Boxing operations of various vehicles
The vehicles loaded in the container include cars, mini trucks, various forklifts, bulldozers, rollers, and small tractors. A grocery container can only hold one car, so there will be a large gap in the box. If there are empty refrigerated containers or animal containers on the route, it is ideal to hold cars, because the volume of refrigerated containers and animal containers is relatively small, and the container capacity can be used more effectively. For the transportation of various special vehicles such as fork-lift trucks, tractors, bulldozers and rollers, plate-type containers are usually used for loading.
1. Loading and securing operations for small cars and trucks. Cars and trucks are generally loaded in closed containers. When fixing, use the tie ring on the container to tighten the vehicle, and then use square wooden strips to nail the T-shaped wooden frame under the wheel to prevent the vehicle from rolling. At the same time, gauze or rags should be used on the part where the tire contacts the bottom of the box or wooden strip Padded. Or according to the requirements of the owner, do not pad square wooden strips, just tighten with ropes. When using the freezer box for packing, it can be tightened with the holes on the ventilation track at the bottom of the box.
2. Loading and unloading operations of various forklifts. When loading a forklift, the fork is usually removed and packed in a box. When packing, you need to lay a pad on the bottom of the box. When you fix it, you need to protect the rubber tires with yarn heads or cloths, and place wooden wedges or square wooden strips under the wheels. Finally, you need to use the ring at the bottom of the board container. The rope is fastened.
3. Loading and stationary operation of bulldozers and rollers. Bulldozers and rollers each have a large weight. Generally, only one can be installed in a pallet container. Usually a crane is used to load from the top. When loading, you must pay attention to whether the track of the vehicle is on the lower side beam of the container because iron is in contact with the iron. It is easy to cause sliding, so the bottom of the box must be padded with thick wooden boards.
4. Loading and fixing operations for tractors and other vehicles. Small tractors can increase their loading capacity when they are loaded horizontally, but they should also pay attention to the problem of concentrated loads when loading. Therefore, the bottom of the box should be lined to distribute its load and fixed with square wooden bars, wooden wedges, and wire ropes.
